We went to Spices Seton in Southeast Calgary for lunch and it was excellent. The host, the hospitality, environment and the food - all absolutely top notch. The host Kumar was so kind and welcoming, treated us with a smile, took good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The food was so fresh, and delicious. We had Nepalese thali, veg momos, chicken momos, butter chicken, garlic naan and mango lassi. And everything was perfect. Momos were the best and we have never had such momos before. The naan was so soft. This place is a must visit if you are in Calgary.

Authentic Indian taste we tried their Malai Chicken Masala and Navratan Korma with Garlic Naan 10/10 The food was delicious and full of flavor! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Great atmosphere too. Definitely coming back!

It was just the right amount of low mild spice level as we asked. Pricing is great as well. Whenever I am back in town, ain't asking Google where to eat Desi food. They're just Perfect.

As someone who worked and lived in the middle east for sometime and really misses some flavors.. Indian food in one way to go! And Spices didn't dissappoint in serving my tongue palate with its amazing food! The Biryani was really good as if it brought me back to the middle east! The buttered chicken was really has the umami flavor! And i swear the Samosa and its chutney not only big but very flavorful.

My husband and I have been here numerous times since we moved to Okotoks in 2020. I love the way they make their mango lassi, I always get it, I just can't help it (him: yes, all). I go through phases of curries - currently I'm loving the Darjeeling Fruity and Ceylonese Style (him: Jalfrezi and Vindaloo). And their naan, no words can describe how amazing they are (have tried them all - garlic, butter and onion cheese kulcha are our favourites). Honestly, everything we have tried has been fantastic. What surprised me the most was their Gulab Jamun. Other places make them sickly sweet but at Spices, it is a beautiful combination of buttery, rose-flowery, spongy goodness. And it tastes amazing with their chai masala. I rarely make it to dessert nowadays but when I do, I will get this. Service: consistently warm and friendly. The owners and servers are lovely and attentive. Atmosphere: exotic, gorgeous, I pretend I'm not in Alberta anymore. Thank you and see you soon!

Spices is a cozy and authentic Indian, Nepali restaurant. The chef makes delicious and spicy dishes with fresh ingredients. The chicken biryani and the momo were amazing. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian or nepali food. Thank you, Spices for a wonderful experience!
